I am a poor college student, and live in a basement apartment.
My kitchen consists of a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and about half a square foot of counterspace.
If I were normal, I would probably be living off of cereal and Ramen, but somehow I insist on frustrating myself by trying to cook in this arduous environment.
This blog will chronicle my misadventures, as I attempt (perhaps over-ambitiously) to adapt or if necessary reinvent recipes to suit the Broke Hungry Student lifestyle.
It might not work, but I'm going to try.
